HERE IS THE OFFICIAL RELEASE INFO FOR THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED LATEST RELEASE FROM RONNIE FIEG:

Today we take another look at the much anticipated collaboration by Ronnie Fieg with New Balance on the 999. The “final result features a mixed premium nubuck, pigskin suede and leather accented upper inspired by the popular New Balance 1300CL model. Details include debossed heel and tongue New Balance branding, a soft leather tongue, ABZORB cushioning, “Just Us” written on the eyelets and the Kith logo imprinted on the insoles. Each pair comes with a Kith/New Balance leather hangtag and three pairs of laces in white, grey and ice.”

Friday at KITH Brooklyn, KITH NYC and also in their online store, for 130 USD.

SONS OF MARS FANS

The sons of mars Jordan shoe has got fans of the brand split. It is a mash up of several retro silhouettes and honours the spike lee character mars blackmon. Personally i am a fan of the shoe and am excited to see some of the new releases. We’ve already seen The Pop art, grape and infra red colourways. but theres a few more to look forward to this year, most notably the bordeaux colourway, based on the VII’s. have a look at the pictures and see what you think.

WEEKLY ROUNDUP – 9/06/12 – 15/06/12

Its been a big week for sneakerheads, most notably the release of the Yeezy’s on the 9th (sat). I was there with the crowds in the que waiting to get my hands on them, and i can honestly say it was well worth the wait. I’ve heard lots of people saying that they dont compare to the original Yeezy but I have to disagree. The slim silhouette, mix of luxury materials and crazy comfort make these every bit as good as the original.

Thats not all that released this week, in fact on the same day the coveted Jordan IV military blues released. It was a subdued release which was expected because of the yeezy madness. The IV’s are one of if not the most popular Jordan style and this colourway is super clean looking. I think in months to come people will realise they should have copped these.

On Friday (15th) Nike release thier Safari pack, a tribute to the original safari released in 87′. The two trainers released are the Air trainer 1 and the Air max 1 silhouettes. These have sold well and are a great addition for any collector.
